WeSync is an internal system built for Cyfer Plus Sdn Bhd. Access is provided only to current employees, contractors, and board members of Cyfer Plus Sdn Bhd ("Members") for legitimate business purposes — task and attendance tracking, leave management, daily reporting, and financial administration.
Accounts are provisioned by an Administrator and tied to your Cyfer Plus email address. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is automatically reviewed and can be revoked at any time, including immediately upon termination of employment.
WeSync must only be used for legitimate Cyfer Plus business. You agree not to share your login credentials, attempt to access data or accounts you're not authorized to see, or use the system in any way that could disrupt its operation for others.
WeSync stores information related to tasks, attendance, leave, daily reports, clients, and company financials. This data is confidential and internal to Cyfer Plus Sdn Bhd. Members must not export, share, or disclose this information outside the company except as required for their role.
Records, reports, and other work product created using WeSync in the course of your employment or engagement belong to Cyfer Plus Sdn Bhd, consistent with your employment or contractor agreement.
WeSync is provided as an internal tool on an "as-is" basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, Cyfer Plus Sdn Bhd does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the system is free of errors.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of WeSync after an update means you accept the revised terms.
